For those of us who exercise to maintain our health, we are very
familiar with the need to strengthen our core. Strong core muscles
protect us from injury. In the same vein, strong core chi will
help us improve, and maintain, our good health.
We are very pleased to offer our clients abdominal acupuncture
in pursuit of strengthening your core chi.
Abdominal acupuncture treats the whole body by supporting and
building up core chi. Strengthening your core chi enhances your
overall health, improves sleep cycles, and reduces depression and
anxiety.
Abdominal acupuncture can increase your sex drive, reduce hot
flashes and night sweats, and enhance fertility. It is especially
effective for people with digestive problems, chronic fatigue syndrome
(CFS), or premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
As an adjunct, abdominal acupuncture can improve the effectiveness
of your weight loss program. People lose inches using abdominal
acupuncture (this makes it a good holistic alternative to the 'tummy
tuck'). While we don't recommend it as a stand alone weight loss
program, we do recommend it be used in conjunction with some other
type of weight loss strategy to improve your results.
The initial course of treatment requires a series of 10 sessions
(2 treatments a week for 5 weeks). Each treatment takes approximately
60 minutes.
